What happens after I book?
You’ll get an instant confirmation email with a Zoom link. We’ll also send a short intake form so we can make the most of your time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — up to 24 hours before your session, no questions asked. Just use the link in your confirmation email.
Is the Discovery Call really free?
Yes. No pitch, no pressure. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and point you in the right direction.
Do you work with clients outside Boulder?
Absolutely. Most of our clients are remote. Strategy sessions are Zoom-based; discovery calls work anywhere.
How do payments work for paid sessions?
Calendly collects payment via Stripe when you book. Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours out.
